Neck contour that treats muscle, fat and skin together

A neck lift corrects structural ageing — turkey-neck appearance, vertical banding and a blurred jawline. Liposuction removes fat only; in a patient with loose skin, fat removal alone can make sagging more obvious. In suitable cases the platysma is tightened, excess skin is removed and the jaw–neck angle is redefined.
