Lipofilling harvests fat from a donor site such as the abdomen or flanks, processes it and places it where the face needs volume (midface, jawline, temple, perioral area). The aim is anatomical balance with 3D simulation, not puffiness. Grafted fat that takes provides long-term volume; some resorption in the early period is expected.

Fat is harvested with gentle liposuction, purified and placed in layers with micro/nanofat techniques. Pre-operative 3D planning agrees where volume will go. Fat that takes remains as living cells, so it does not vanish in a few months the way filler can.
